- During the low season, peak season weekend rates will apply on the following dates: One day before and after National Heroes Day in the month of August, and, Ramadan Holiday in the month of October or November, from October 30 to November 02, and, from November 29 to December 01. Peak season weekend rates apply on long weekends whenever any regular holiday falls on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday is moved to a Friday or a Monday.
Early Check-in: May be allowed only on a case to case basis for Non Air-con Bamboo Cabana can be pre-arranged at no charge provided rooms are vacant, and for Air-conditioned Casitas, can be pre-arranged provided rooms are vacant already and will be charged Php 1,100.00 from 9:00am and Php 550.00 from 11:00.
Late Check-out: May be allowed only on a case to case to basis. Non-Aircon Bamboo Cabanas, can be pre-arranged provided there are no incoming guests at no charge up to 4:00pm. Guest however, will be asked to vacate their room should new guests arrive. Air-conditioned Casitas, can be pre-arranged provided there are no incoming guests, and will be charged Php 825.00 up to 2:00pm; if up to 4:00 charge is Php 1,375.00.

Meal Arrangements
The cost of the meal package for overnight guests is P 1,150.00 per person (adults) and P 575.00 per person (kids-ages 2-10 years old) per day. This includes: lunch upon arrival, dinner, and breakfast the next morning (beverages are not included). Guests may request for their prefered meal sequence.

Usual items such as white boards, an area for projectors, set-up for games such as beach volleyball, obstacle course, tug of war etc. are available upon request.
For day/overnight corporate outings, programs and games can only be held at designated areas within the overnight accommodations area, provided there are no other overnight guests. Otherwise, the programs and games are to be confined within the picnickers’/outings area.

Payment Arrangements
A. For Overnight Guests and Day Tours
We require a reservation fee equivalent to 50% of all charges, to be deposited to our bank account, which we will furnish you. All deposits are deductible from the final bill to be settled upon check-out. May we request that guests settle their accounts ahead of the check-out time for their own convenience.
Reservations are on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. We have no control as to when guests make deposits. There are times when deposits may be made simultaneously. We hope you understand that in such instances, we will reserve the room/s or facility/s based on the earlier time indicated in the deposit slip/s.
To avoid complications, your deposit and room reservation will be confirmed by our office staff. In the event of simultaneous deposits and we cannot accommodate those who made late deposits, the stay can either be re-scheduled, or we will refund the full amount of the deposit within seven (7) working days.
Please make sure to indicate your name/s in the deposit slip/s prior to faxing us a copy. For group deposits, the names of the individuals must be indicated in the deposit slip if they will be settling their accounts individually. There have been instances wherein faxed messages were not successfully transmitted. It is best to inform us by phone or e-mail ASAP that the deposit has been made and a faxed copy of the deposit slip has been sent to us.
B. For Walk-in Guests
Walk-in Guest are subjected to a 50% partial payment upon check-in with the balance payable upon check-out. Payments can either be in cash, credit card (visa and master card) or U.S. ($) currency.
C. For Corporate Arrangements and Weddings
The same payment arrangements and rules for overnight guests and day tours apply, except that the balance of the account shall be payable three (3) working days prior to the event date. Payment may be made either by check at our Makati office or thru bank deposit to our account.
*** For credit card payments, at the moment we can accept only master or visa cards.
Cancelled or Postponed Bookings
Policy on Cancellation of Reservations:
1. In case of cancellations of reservation for whatever reasons, deposits paid shall not be refundable. Guests may postpone and re-schedule bookings within three months, due to inclement weather (Storm signal #1 and higher) specifically in our resort area. Re-scheduling due to storm signal will not be subject to any charges, if done within the same hi or low season. Accommodations are subject to availability or our facilities.
2. In case of re-scheduling for reasons other than due to inclement weather, our reservations office should be informed 15 days prior to booking date during the peak season and 7 days prior during the off season. For functions, notice should be 15 days prior to re-scheduled date, whether peak or off-peak season. Re-scheduling are subject to availability of rooms and should be made within 3 months from time of postponement; otherwise, any and all deposits shall be forfeited.
3. If there is a change in our existing published rates, or in reservation period from off-peak to peak season, from the time of postponement to the time of availment the difference in cost shall be for the guests account. Re-scheduling for the weekends are subject to surcharge equivalent to 20% of rooms rates. Second postponement is subject to surcharge equivalent to 50% of the room rate; third postponement, deposits made will be forfeited.
Guest/s with Reservation Agreements for specific date/s & facilities, who will cancel or postpone their booking/s and then change their mind shortly thereafter, will have to understand that we cannot guarantee their accommodations based on the previously set dates.
